Return Shipping - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items remain your responsibility until received by us. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items - If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost and will cover all associated shipping costs. 

 

Refunds - Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider. 

 

Exchanges - We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
