Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement free of charge and cover all related shipping costs.

Returns Policy

We accept returns only for items that are unused, unopened, and in like-new condition, and only within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility. If you no longer have the original packaging, we’re unable to supply replacements.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate a return first by emailing hello@knowthyself.space, then place a new order for the product you want.
